    Products are shipped from our certified fulfillment centers located in Sweden, Hong Kong, Thailand, or China, depending on stock availability.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Personalized or Limited Edition Items:
    Custom-made or special edition products may require an additional 4–5 business days for production.
    The delivery period begins once the order has been completed and shipped.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    10–25 business days, depending on your region and seasonal demand.

  • Possible Delays:
    External factors such as customs inspections, strikes, holidays, or high-volume seasons may affect delivery times.

2. Delivery Guarantee

  • Insurance & Tracking:
    All orders include shipment insurance and a free tracking number, which will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delayed Orders:
    If your order does not arrive within 70 business days after shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Split Shipments:
    Large or mixed orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different suppliers to ensure faster delivery.
    All packages will arrive within the estimated delivery window.

    If delivery fails, your parcel may be held at your local postal office for pickup.
    Returned packages due to failed delivery attempts will require payment of a new shipping fee for re-delivery.
